Our beef is aged naturally at 50 Point Market. We don't add a chemical enhancer to make it look brighter (yes that exists) and we don't soak our meat in blood to enhance the look. It is just good, natural meat.
We do offer natural grass fed, hormone free beef that has no added antibiotics. There is also the option of cheaper beef that we carry- which is still high quality Canadian beef!
Red meat turning brown is very natural. In fact it usually tastes better because it has a bit of age to it!
